Professional background

Louise became qualified some 7 years ago at University College Birmingham in a Bachelors Sports Therapy Degree.

Shortly after qualifying she put her knowledge to great use working in a variety of settings namely a semi pro football club, a local Rugby team pitch side and in a team at the London Marathon. Most recently she has spent time at a Neuro Rehabilitation Centre coupled working at a prestigious Tennis Club in the Midlands area, treating both acute and chronic injuries, neurological pathologies and client rehabilitation.

After suffering a number of injuries herself that stopped her love for training, she felt composed to take her understanding of the Human Body further. Only a short time passed before she had that ‘light bulb’ career moment! “I need to prevent rather than be the cure?”

This has led Louise on a career development path that has expanded exponentially over the past few years in areas of Functional Neurology, Pain Science, Functional Range Conditioning and most recently qualifying as a Breath work Coach. She sits firm with her belief that in order to gain best results, we must approach our rehabilitation and performance from a number of angles specific to that client, there is no one size fits all.

In her spare time Louise can be found seeking out adventure in the mountains or completing OCR events. She is always on the move, loves travelling and has a passion for good food!
