We offer special discounts if you want to book in bulk, both for returning patients and patients seeking help with their chronic fatigue syndrome. Please note that all package deals are payable in advance.
Home Visits
We also provide home visits for those that need them, in which we can provide osteopathy services in an environment that suits you. Please note that failing to provide a massage couch, the treatments could take place on a sofa or bed.
Payment
We accept cards, cash and cheques. We also offer you to pay by BAC transfer, should you opt for a package of treatments. If you have private healthcare insurance, we ask you to pay for treatment on the day and will provide you with an invoice so fees can be claimed back directly from your insurance company.
Private healthcare insurance
We are registered with WPA, Pru Health, Aviva, Cigna and Simply Health. Before booking your appointment, please check the terms and conditions of your individual policy about the level of available cover and whether you need to be referred by your GP or a specialist.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please ensure you give at least 24 HOURS NOTICE so we can offer your appointment to another patient.
Missed / cancelled appointments on the day will incur a full charge of the fees.
